Advisory Board
The Workplace Happiness Institute is advised by an independent Advisory Board composed of internationally recognised experts from organisational psychology, leadership research and executive practice.
The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance, challenges assumptions, and contributes research-based and executive perspectives to the ongoing development of the Workplace Happiness Standard.
The Advisory Board serves in a non-executive capacity and is not involved in day-to-day operations.

Cary Cooper
Professor Sir Cary Cooper, Organisational Psychologist
Cary Cooper is a organisational psychologist and a world leading expert on workplace wellbeing, occupational health psychology and organisational stress. His work spans academic research, public policy and corporate practice.
As a member of the Advisory Board, he brings expertise in linking employee wellbeing to productivity, retention and organisational sustainability, strengthening the Institute’s focus on business-relevant impact.

Ágota Kun
Associate Professor of Psychology, Budapest University of Technology and Economics
Ágota Kun is a psychologist and researcher specialising in workplace well-being and positive organisational functioning. Her published research includes empirical studies on workplace happiness and psychological capital.
As a member of the Advisory Board, she strengthens the scientific and measurement-oriented foundations of the Workplace Happiness Standard and contributes cross-cultural academic perspective.

Mikkel Noerholm
Life Science Executive and Entrepreneur
Mikkel Noerholm is a life science executive and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in building and scaling organisations across European and North American contexts.
On the Advisory Board, he contributes executive and operational insight into how strategic ideas can be translated into practical organisational implementation and decision-making.

Johannes Siegrist
Professor emeritus of medical sociology at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf
Johannes Siegrist is a medical sociologist and a leading researcher on stressful psychosocialworking conditions ant their health effects. His published work has advanced scientificevidence and strengthened worksite health promotion.
As a member of the Advisory Board, he enriches the Workplace Happiness Standard approachby links to occupational health and wellbeing, with a focus on improving quality of work.

Kim Cameron
William Russell Kelly Professor Emeritus of Management and Organizations
Kim Cameron is a scholar in organisational behaviour whose work is closely associated with research on positive organisational scholarship and organisational effectiveness. His research examines how leadership practices and organisational culture influence performance and long-term success.
Within the Advisory Board of the Workplace Happiness Institute, he contributes a systems-level and evidence-oriented perspective on how positive organisational practices can be linked to measurable organisational outcomes.
