What types of surveys do you offer?
We offer a full baseline survey that covers all relevant requirements from the Workplace Happiness Standard, and a leader survey instrument that focuses on leadership requirements.

Are the surveys anonymous?
Yes — 100%. No personal identifiers are collected.
We use secure, third-party systems to protect anonymity and ensure employees feel safe giving honest feedback.

How is confidentiality handled when segmenting survey results?
For the full survey, results can be segmented by role, department, or tenure group – but only when a group includes five or more individuals. This ensures no one can trace answers back to individuals, protecting anonymity and building trust.
For the leader feedback survey, results are tied to individual leaders by name. This is needed to offer actionable insights for leadership development.

How long does it take to complete a survey?
The full survey is usually completed within less than 30 minutes. We recommend to have it once a year.
The leader survey does not take longer than 5 minues. We recommend to have it every 2 months.
